Chromaflo’s Technical Services team provides ongoing support to customers to ensure the success of every program and find the best colorant solution. This support comes in the form of the following functions.

Problem solving — Our technical experience and knowledge provide the capability to identify, define and solve problems involving pigment dispersions, chemical dispersions and additive technology. Customers routinely look to us for advice and for a technical solution to their colorant issues.

Technical direction — Whether it involves a new opportunity or an improvement of an existing application, our Technical Service team will work closely with you to understand your needs and offer alternatives in terms of product and formulation solutions. We are dedicated to finding the best pigment solutions to meet your needs.

Customer support — Our Technical Service team is available to discuss the status of customer projects. Technical Service personnel are in regular contact with area sales managers and our laboratory to provide a solid interface between customers and our technology.

New product development — While Chromaflo has one of the broadest product portfolios of any colorant supplier, a custom product may be better suited for a specific applicant.  We can help define the new product and assist in project coordination.
 
 
Color Matching — The color matching process is conducted using formulation predictions generated by state-of-the-art electronic systems or, where required, by experimental paint color matching in the laboratory using customer-specific systems.
